Description

This two hour course begins by discussing the ecology and natural history of the Eastern Woodlands, the region in green on the map above. Then, we’ll move on to talking about seven* particular sacred trees: Walnut, Pine, Cedar, Maple, Cherry, Spicebush*, Dogwood. (technically, 6 trees and one large shrub). However, the most important teaching, woven throughout the lessons, is how to get to know trees as magical allies.
